Our coffee shop is the newest program from We Make, the Pennington workplace built for adults with autism. Behind this counter, team members train as baristas — dialing in espresso, steaming milk, running the register, and greeting regulars by name. The skills are real, the paycheck is real, and the confidence pours over into everything else.

Want to see it in person? Tours of the whole workspace — coffee counter included — are open to everyone.
